The Rise and Rise of Western Spring!

When we launched this website as the ‘shop window’ of our organisation, our ultimate aim was to establish Western Spring as the most popular and influential nationalist website in the UK and today we can celebrate the passing of yet another major milestone in the development of our media outreach.

For the very first time www.westernspring.co.uk has achieved an Alexa ranking placing us higher than all of the three main establishment parties.

Back in May we surpassed the LibDems’ website libdems.org.uk for the first time and less than a month later in June we surpassed the Conservative Party’s website conservatives.com, leaving us just the Labour Party website labour.org out of the big three establishment parties still be beaten.

Today I am very pleased to announce that we have achieved our highest ever Alexa ranking and have now passed the Labour Party’s website also.

This is a remarkable achievement for such a new website and for a political website representing such a radically new kind of political organisation. It is also an achievement, which could not have been possible without the dedication and assistance of a large number of friends.

The Alexa ranking attributed to a particular website ranks that website in order of popularity – the smaller the number shown, the more popular the website. Two figures are given, one denoting the world ranking and one denoting the UK ranking and as our readers can see, Western Spring are now the 440,668th most popular website in the world and the 9,619th most popular website in the UK.

The scale of our achievement can be measured against other newly formed nationalist organisations who have also launched websites within the last year or two: Britain First, the British Democratic Party, the English People’s Party and Patria, all of whose websites rank significantly below ours.

We have had the benefit of a number of guest writers and staff writers over the months since our launch and our thanks goes out to them for the high quality of their writing and especially Venutios Brigantes for the prolific number of his articles and the great humour that he was able to inject into some of the subjects about which he has written.

We must also mention the immense contribution made by Paul Morris, the ‘Green Arrow’ and Mark Kennedy by way of promotional support provided from their very popular website, thebritishresistance.co.uk.

If you like what you read on Western Spring and you would like to help us to continue building an alternative media, you can do so by recommending our website to your friends and family and if you fancy yourself as a nationalist writer, then please email any articles that you would like to be considered for publication to me: [email protected].

I can’t promise to publish all articles because we have a particular style and standard that we wish to maintain and I can’t promise that articles will be published without any editing, but what I can promise is that any editing will be kept to a minimum and will be conducted sensitively and wherever possible without altering the meaning and  in keeping with the original author’s style.

    Congratulations on a very impressive achievement. I guess you’ll now have to sit tight and wait for the establishment and various malcontents to start their attempts to cause mischief.

    Congratulations! Very welcome and encouraging news. Western Spring is one of the nationalist websites that I visit on a daily basis for the interesting and varied articles. The others being British Resistance, Counter Currents and Alternative Right.

    Excellent news of important value. Well done Western Spring.

    It cannot be underestimated in these times that seem to lack a cohesive movement, the benefit to morale that such news brings.
    I myself have recently struggled with doubts about a successful Western Spring.
    Although it shames me to admit it.
    Though what that shows me, is that, the notion that we are all just individuals, isolated, getting on with our own lives, as we are so oft to hearing from the messages in society, is a false one. That without a people, a movement, we are but naught.
    There are many voices proclaming this or that to be the way. Good luck to them I say.
    The final say must come from the British People. It must be their choice, their will.
    Let us hope that they are sick enough of being fed lies and betrayal.
    The Alexa results could be an indication that they are.

    This is extremely encouraging and I’m sure Max Masson should also take a large part of the credit for Western Spring’s growing success.

    However Alexa rankings are difficult to fully assess unless we have some idea of how these figures interpret themselves in terms of actual visits to our website.

    This is truly excellent news and I thank you for your kind comments, but I believe that this site would have made it without the support of the British Resistance because of the combined quality of its writers and the nationalists behind it.

    I am equally sure that this site will go to number one in nationalist circles around the world within a year.

    Congratulations – there is hope after all and I look forward to one day perhaps being a guest writer – although I suppose I shall have to choose my words with a little more care when that day comes.
