During the 1960s there where very few foreign doctors or nurses employed within the National Health Service, and if one needed hospital treatment or visited one’s general practitioner, encountering a foreign or non-White doctor or nurse was a rarity rather then the commonplace event it is today.
We are told when the subject of immigration is discussed, that the NHS today depends on immigrant doctors and nurses and would collapse without them, so why is it that the NHS is unable to attract sufficient suitably qualified staff from among our indigenous population. Why is it that there were plentiful supplies of White British doctors and nurses fifty years ago, but apparently not enough today?
An article in today’s Daily Mail website goes some way to answering this question, in that it points out that while the NHS needs to recruit 13,000 new doctors each year in order to maintain staffing levels, British universities are restricted in the number of places they can offer to medical students to 6,000 per annum. This is despite the fact that there are many more willing applicants than university places available and there would be easily enough suitably qualified applicants to fill 13,000 medical student vacancies each year if our education policy were to allow it, just as was the case during the 1960s.
Universities’ medicine courses are vastly oversubscribed – but the Department of Health quotas block them from taking on more undergraduates.
The Mail article cites the example of the University of Bristol who had 4,000 applicants for its three medicine and surgery courses this year but just 232 places – enough for just one in 17. Furthermore the University of Birmingham had 2,500 applicants but could accept only 334 undergraduates.
These two universities alone had almost 6,000 surplus of applicants and it is therefore evident that vacancies within the NHS could easily be filled by British students if the quotas on university places were lifted.
Dr J Meirion Thomas, a leading London cancer surgeon, recently attacked the Government for limiting the number of ‘expensive’ places at British medical schools in an article for The Spectator.
“Most readers will be surprised to learn that every year, we import 40 per cent of our doctors because of insufficient training places in British medical schools. So, 40 per cent of doctors starting work in the NHS every year have little or no knowledge and experience of British culture or of our Health Service – and this in the most people-centric occupation of all. It really does matter.
“The doctor is quoted in the Mail article saying: “The Government needs to take urgent action to help more students study medicine in the UK by increasing the number of places on courses.
“Most applicants are rejected despite having the required grades. We encourage them to become doctors, then we slap them back for want of places.
“Having to go abroad and fund their own studies is a massive disincentive and means many will choose other degrees instead.
“Until then, patients remain at risk from foreign doctors who have poor language skills and may not have been trained to our high standards.”
In fact based upon the figures quoted above, the 40% figure quoted by Dr Thomas is an understatement, because if we are only taking on 6,000 medical students per annum and have a need for 13,000, this means that in future years c.53% of our doctors will be recruited from overseas.
The fact that the NHS now depends upon foreign medical staff is therefore no accident of circumstance, it is a situation that has been deliberately engineered by politicians and in view of the frequency with which this situation is cited during debates on immigration, it is clear that it has been engineered specifically so that NHS dependency can be used as a pretext to justify successive government’s open door immigration policies.
Worse than this however, is the deliberate engineering of a situation in which the majority of doctors are not only of foreign extraction, but also non-White.
The Mail article cites a statement made by a spokeswoman for the Department of Health, who said: “We have worked hard to make sure that we have enough places in medical schools to become a self-sufficient Health Service[sic] …”, adding, “There is a cap on the number of non-European Economic Area students that can attend medical education in England.”
So not only does our government unnecessarily limit the number of medical student places at British universities to a number that is less than half the number of doctors we need each year, but they allocate some of those places, not to students from other indigenously White EU countries, but to ‘non-European Economic Area students’, i.e. students from predominantly non-White countries.
Not only has the NHS been deliberately made dependent upon foreign doctors and nurses in order to provide a pretext to justify mass immigration into Britain, but the deliberate recruitment of non-White doctors and nurses has been contrived to create a situation in which British people are induced by circumstance to submit to intimate and invasive medical and surgical treatments by non-Whites as a means of diminishing our racial pride.
Furthermore, as Dr Thomas states above, ” … patients remain at risk from foreign doctors who have poor language skills and may not have been trained to our high standards.”
It is not surprising therefore that a recent GMC survey found foreign-trained doctors were four times more likely to be suspended or struck off than those from the UK and in view of the different cultural mores and norms that exist in Third World countries, it is not surprising that a disproportionately high number of the reported cases where male doctors sexually abuse their female patients, involve non-White doctors.
Under a future nationalist government, preference for medical studies places will be given to indigenous British students and should any shortfalls ever exist because of a lack of indigenous applicants or doctors, those vacancies will be filled by English speaking doctors from other European countries with similar standards of training and with similar cultural mores and norms to this country.

I think the NHS along with other organisations have been turned into immigration portals as part of an overall policy or agenda.
Back in 1948 it was London Transport that was used as an excuse to import immigrants that would do work that the whites supposedly wouldn’t do.
I have heard of other bus companies were also used in that way.
I understand that after WW2 unemployment was quite high yet within a couple of years we needed to import people?
There are agencies who only recruit abroad & the practice of sub contracting has resulted in agencies hiring only foreigners.
On what was BR carriage cleaning (& also LT) used to be done by people working their way up but that is all done by cleaning companies now.
I think limiting our own people from getting into jobs in the NHS is a quite deliberate policy, so as to give the excuse we need to import workers when we clearly don’t need to & then there is the unemployment & also just as important the under employment that a lot of people complain about.
Also I heard the Met police maybe moving to a policy of only employing a white person after a non white has been employed.
We are steadily being shut out of jobs.
I also believe that both black listing & white listing are being used in certain areas, so as to prevent any form of long march through the institutions by those opposed to what is going on.

Now there’s a funny thing. I well remember some years ago commenting (online) that I suspected the NHS was a dry run for immigration and an eventual multicultural Britain. In short, the NHS was to be the Trogen horse to test the reaction of the British people to diversity.
I made a mental note at the time, importing third world doctors and medical staff was a no brainer for both Britain and the source countries.
Far fetched? Maybe – maybe not.

Continuing on a similar theme, I also remember a London Transport poster advertising for migrant bus drivers, the poster boy being literally a beaming happy-clappy-chappy of West Indian origin. This trait of inviting foreigners to do the jobs the British wouldn’t do expanded into other areas of public life such as British rail. Like most such circumstances our elites never let a good crisis go to waste and dress it up as something else, Perhaps there was some legitimacy in claiming shortage of labour to to keep the economy running as this was in the late ’40’s when Britain was adjusting to piece- time conditions.
I always felt this situation (and the NHS) could have been easily dealt with by a temporary National Service type of operation, until the nation had re-adjusted to a peaceful Britain.
Since my awakening on the Internet I no longer see things as I was brought up to see them. The scale has long since fallen. When looking back with renewed perspective, no wonder conspiracy theories abound

I would not be at all surprised to find that the GMC was behind this; otherwise, if they believed that foreign doctors are a danger to their patients, why have they not been campaigning assiduously and publicly to have that quota lifted? Another scandal (not in the article) is or was Pakistani and other doctors stealing drugs for use in the Indian subcontinent.
I′ve seen some of their personnel before; for example Suzi Leather (BSE enquiry) seems to be something like a full-time panelist on these godawful undemocratically appointed boards.
It would be interesting to read comment from qualified medical people as to how this has happened However it is of course unlikely any will explain.

Obviously you only make it on to the GMC or any other body of that nature if you’re signed up to diversity & multi culturalism.
So the idea of opposing the importation of a lot of foreigners is a non starter.

In a South London near my home I observe that virtually all the staff in the new leisure centre are ethnics, certainly not English/British extraction. Even the new local library appears to have recruited exclusively Afro-Caribbean staff. (Talk about putting square pegs in round holes). In the local ’Job Centre plus’ nearly all the clerks are Afro-Caribbean types and only a few of the old fossil staff are white English. It is not a case that these people live locally; they commute considerable distances to reach their place of employment. There is no doubt in my mind that the so called ‘Equal opportunity’ form that attaches to any job that is offered by Local Government or Government sponsored agencies is a filter device designed to exclude native English workers. This is only some of the examples where a deliberate discriminatory anti English/British policy is in place.
You just cannot talk to English people about this; their attitudes are stubbornly set against the Nationalist message at the present time. But to looking on the positive side of life, the Coalition is engaged in economic policies which are spitefully designed to impoverish the English lower/middle classes. It is a thing to say, but there is nothing like a bit of economic hardship to wonderfully concentrate the mind.
Nationalism must be there, ready and waiting, for when the opinionated and stubborn English people finally start hitting rock bottom.
It is the young who will be hurt most by financial hardship and they are Nationalisms new supporters, although they do not know it yet.

I think it’s dawning on more & more white people that they are being excluded from jobs in all sorts of areas.
While being told that they are lazy & that immigrants are needed to do those jobs.
I think there has also been a push to get whites to start their own businesses & all the chances of failure in that.
I notice in “The only way is Essex” that the idea of opening a shop seems easy & trouble free apart from the odd jealousy inspired arson & that they all seem effortlessly rich.

Thank you for the invaluable links regarding the political and economic merging of Africa and Europe.
It heralds the eventual final nail in the coffin of White Europeans, their phenotype and their respective cultures, languages, traditions and Europeanized religious belief systems.
I notice this African/EU project was set up in 2007 – not long ago. Could it be a move designed to try out-manoeuvring China, a country making huge inroads onto the African continent along with a few other Oriental countries?
If so, then the indigenous Africans on the African continent are being played for fools too as over time, they will also be singled out for open door invasion, diversity quotas, Affirmative Action programmes for non-Negroid invaders, mass miscegenation propaganda and diversity quotas, etc.
What we need to do is to ALSO awaken ALL non-White races in their respective homelands as to what this global societal engineering will do to them too if they don’t take their own native homelands and destines in hand and deal with their traitorous elite like the rest of us must commence doing.
The project is being enacted between North America and South America, predominately Mexico.

The thing I didn’t know until now was that an artificial bottleneck to prevent our own citizens entering the NHS as a job had been put in place along with the recruitment abroad.
So I assume the same has been elsewhere?
I tried to get on the Royal Mail & only got so far, then nothing but they seem to have no problem recruiting Africans?

Yes, and there is a similar “bottleneck” in place to prevent White lads joining the armed forces.

I have anecdotal accounts from several young men who would have made ideal recruits for the army, but who were rejected on the basis of spurious medical conditions.

One young man was rejected at the age of 19 because at the age of two he had undergone a minor surgical procedure and the surgeon concerned had not documented the fact that the operation had been a success. This young man was fully fit and had never again been troubled by the condition that had necessitated the minor operation, but apparently 17 years of good health was not a reliable indicator that the operation had been a success!

Another young man had been rejected because ten years earlier he had been struck by lightening. This, despite the fact that he had not suffered any on-going problems as a result of that incident.

Yet another young man was rejected because according to the recruiting sergeant, he was a bit ‘cocky’, and despite the fact that he had been a school prefect and the captain of the school rugby team, and had superb references.

More recently, I was informed by a nationalist who is currently employed as a recruiting sergeant for one of our oldest infantry regiments that they are required to recruit no more than a certain proportion of their soldiers from the indigenous British majority, and that if they don’t have enough ethnic minority recruits to maintain the correct quotas, they have to reject all of the indigenous British applicants for spurious or trumped-up reasons until they have found enough recruits from the ethnic minorities to restore their compliance with the required quota.

The same situation must exist within all the public services.

I think that is correct & also while watching a Panorama programme about Patrick Mercer & his taking of cash for questions, they also pinned how racist he was too on him for good measure.
He mentioned something about the problems with the recruitment of non whites into the army.
The gist of it was that if they get into the army, they can bring their family here but that wasn’t explained in any detail as that wasn’t the point of the programme.
But it shows how a lot of things are being manipulated to enable mass immigration of non whites without any accountability or permission from the people of this country.
It’s going to dawn on more & more people that they are being shut out of their own country.
I think that it is being set up to fail & cause something approaching civil war.

With his professional financial background, Max will probably know whats really going on, but as we are dealing with a plutocratic dictatorship, I sense something like this is underway.
Leading stock-pickers often seek out ‘undervalued’ companies with strong and saleable assets. They often note, that although structurally sound, the company nonetheless fails in its potential, which more often than not, can be sourced to the apathy or incompetance of the company directors.
Thus, they buy the companies shares cheap, dispose of the director and replace him with a new director of their choice, . . . the company is swiftly ‘turned around,’ valuation and share price rises and the company can now be sold in profit.
In a similar way, the plutocrats can ‘target’ a successful company with ‘good underlying assets’ (i.e., NHS), install incompetent directors and staff to lower its existing production standards and efficiency, . . . and thereby deliberately ‘devalue’ the company.
When sufficently devalued, the company can then be bought privately and cheap, the directors replaced with those of their choice, and lo and behold, the company is ‘turned around’ and now correctly valued, or ‘over valued,’ with the UK’s public health service now transferred into private hands!.

Due to Jesse Livermore’s clear and simple autobiographical advice, I’ve also noticed that stockholding involves two essential principles of motion; namely, those of ‘distribution’ and ‘accumulation,’ the former entails a ‘large majority of people’ holding the stock (i.e. public shareholders), whereas the latter entails a ‘small minority of people’ holding the same stock (i.e. professional shareholders).
In the former scenario the shares are said to be ‘distributed’ [among the general public], and thus ‘diluted’ in value [cheap], however, when these shares (i.e. percentages of stock) are sold by the public majority, they are then ‘accumulated’ by the minority of knowing professionals and thus become ‘undiluted’ in value [expensive].
Broadly speaking, the small individual wealth of the public majority is transferred into the pockets of the professional minority, . . . a process which Livermore enlighteningly referred to as ‘Pyramiding up.’
What further struck me, was that although central to the mechanics of Capitalism, these same principles are also similar to the Socialist model, insofar as the ‘distributed public assets’ are somewhat ‘accumulated by the State minority.’ But as with all things, the key is to not let all of the nation’s wealth be accumulated by the Socialist State, which can only lead to tyranny, but to somehow maintain an agreed balance of wealth [and thus power] between State and subjects.
As far as I can see, such principles work well on a national level of Socialism, but as we see today, the problems occur when they become international, and the World’s public wealth is accordingly accumulated by the World’s minority!

I think you have the general situation figured out fairly accurately, Siegfried. A lot of unscrupulous people are profiteering from the corruption that exists within our public bodies and I imagine that a punitive ‘windfall’ tax will need to be applied once we have a nationalist government, in order to recoup from various plutocratic bodies and individuals, the wealth that has been pillaged from the public purse as a result of the various ‘privatisations’ etc.

In my opinion, what we are seeing is a conspiracy to replace the English at all levels, but most importantly at the upper/middle class level in such traditional professions as medicine and the law. Forget about when the English become a minority in this country; what about when they have been reduced to a minority in all the learned professions?

Yes, we know a conspiracy exists to replace the English, but I was simply noting the perpetrators fundamental operational mechanics. Only the owner of a company/organisation has the right to select whom ‘they’ employ, so presumably, the company’s ownership is a prerequisite?.
When companies such as the NHS are to be ‘legally purchased’ in order to ‘save them,’ who do you think will buy them?, and who do you think will be installed as their new directors and head doctors?, . . . certainly not the English tribe. Those deliberately devaluing these English companies are those planning their takeover.
If one followed the economic/industrial takeover of post-Soviet Russia, they will very well know, that around ten individuals owned 90% of Russia’s assets overnight, the Berezovsky’s, Khordokovsky’s, Abromovich’s, Guzinsky’s, etc, . . . the tribe so to speak.
Its not merely a case of ‘following the money,’ but more specifically, the methods which ‘they themselves apply’ in order to propagate and ensure their wealth [and thus power].
Livermore’s autobiography is equally telling, when he mentions his shocking discovery, . . . that ‘he alone,’ was moving America’s economy up and down!!!, and subtly thereby, the interdependent global economy!. Now if one wealthy individual could achieve this, . . . then ponder upon a minority group who also understand this?, its not rocket science, its simple reality, and its been played like this for centuries.
Commodoties can be bought and sold and there’s no law against it, its simply those who’ve accumulated the most are those with the power to move the markets up or down. If they want to collapse an industrial sector, they simply sell those particular assets in quantity, the industry collapses, the public sell everything at a loss, whilst the instigators then hoover up and accumulate more of that industry’s assets. Thus, the nation’s industrial sectors are slowly accumulated by the minority, and because they own them, . . . they can do whatever they want with them.
England’s industrial sectors are being purposefully devalued and sold to ‘anyone’ willing to buy them, and obviously, Government officials act as the stockbrokers, whom accordingly, have no interest in the stock itself (i.e., the English workers), but only in their spread of the deal.
We cannot eliminate this in the present political climate, but being aware of it, can at least provide a certain amount of protection, and for those interested, a good introductory analysis can be found here,

Although explained by Edmund Ruffin in 2009, the stated conditions were again reached in January this year. As an educational process, I have been tracking the markets according to Edmund’s helpful insights, and up until now, they have responded as explained. White Nationalists need to get to grips with this.
As for the English middle class becoming minorities within the learned professions, all I can say is . . . they deserve it. We need a new and forward thinking white middle class, not stagnant Victorian left-overs, a caste intent on forging a new white society and the incipient medical sciences consistent with the emerging [meta-]physiology/psychology of the Ubermenschen.
