The ‘Martyrdom’ of Garron Helm

There has been a sense of outrage and widespread disgust at the announcement recently that Garron Helm, a twenty-one year old member of National Action, has been sentenced to a month in prison for effectively little more than being rude to a privileged minority politician.

Garron 6On 7th August, Garron apparently used Twitter to send a message to Jewish Liverpool Labour MP Luciana Berger. The message showed a picture of Miss Berger with a Third Reich era Star of David superimposed on her head, with the words, “Communist Jewess Luciana Berger, Liverpool Labour Party MP … “. The Twitter message went on to quote Miss Berger stating, “Labour never failed on immigration”, before concluding with the statement: “You can always trust a Jew to show their true colours eventually.”

Clearly, it was most unwise of Garron to send such an obviously insulting message to someone such as Miss Berger, but young people often do fall into the trap of making impulsive gestures they later come to regret, especially on Twitter, a medium that seems to encourage such behaviour.

According to reports in the mass media, Miss Berger MP for Liverpool Wavertree, found Garron’s message, ‘grossly offensive’ and was ‘deeply shocked by the entire incident’. Furthermore, District Judge Andrew Shaw, who heard the case, reportedly described Garron Helm’s actions as calculated and “extremely abusive and upsetting” and Miss Berger after sentencing issued a statement saying: “This sentence sends a clear message that hate crime is not tolerated in our country. I hope this case serves as an encouragement to others to report hate crime whenever it rears its ugly head”.

From accounts of this case in the mass media one might be left with the impression that Miss Berger is a sensitive soul, unused to encounters in which her ethnicity or religion are issues of contention, that Garron Helm’s actions have impacted harshly upon her delicate sensibilities and that she has bravely responded to this ‘assault’ as a champion of the downtrodden in our society. However an examination of Miss Berger’s history suggests something rather different and one only has to take account of the array of influential organisations and people commenting on this case to appreciate the extensive support network that was apparently placed at her disposal in bringing the full force of our totalitarian state down upon the unfortunate Garron Helm.

First there is the police of course, who raided Garron Helm’s home to access his computer and in order to catalogue the belongings found there and which were later described as ‘Nazi memorabilia’ and ‘Nazi paraphernalia’. Had there been a pair of brightly polished jackboots among Garron’s possessions, a Hitler Youth dagger, or a swastika emblazoned ceremonial standard we can be sure that these things would have been listed in court and would have featured in the many subsequent news reports, but no, the ‘Nazi memorabilia’ and ‘Nazi paraphernalia’ apparently amounted to nothing more than one black flag bearing the runic emblem of the SS. In addition Garron had some political books and pamphlets, and a National Action flag.

Then there was the homosexual Liberal Democrat MP and coalition government Communities Minister, Stephen Williams, who is quoted as saying: “We welcome today’s guilty verdict which shows there is no place for purveyors of hate to hide. This ruling sends out a message to all those who use social media to send out antisemitic, anti-Muslim, homophobic and racist comments that it is unacceptable and that we are serious about ensuring that those involved are arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”

Garron 2Furthermore, John Mann MP, chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Anti-Semitism, declared: “This is an important and welcome decision. It should serve as a warning that either online or offline, antisemitic and racist hatred is simply unacceptable and will be tackled head on”.

We should note here that Luciana Berger is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Antisemitism, whose stated aim is “To make antisemitism a societal concern …”, in other words, the purpose of this group is to seek out examples of ‘antisemitism’ that might otherwise go unnoticed and to make them seem like a serious issue in the minds of the public.

Lastly, according to the Jewish News website, “A Community Security Trust spokesman said: “Luciana Berger MP should be thanked for her role in this important case. CST welcomes the sentence and hopes it serves as a much needed warning to others.” The Community Security Trust is a shadowy group exclusively serving the Jewish community, which appears to have extensive informal connections with both the political police in this country, and also to the Israeli secret service.

Prior to becoming an MP, Juliana Berger had been a campaigner for a number of Jewish causes. She is an ardent Zionist and while at university was a student leader championing the state of Israel and campaigning against anti-Semitism, which she claims was rampant among left-wing student supporters of the Palestinians. She has claimed that she was once spat on for being Jewish and in 2012 after the Liverpool Music Awards pressed charges against music promoter Philip Hayes and brought about his conviction for a racially aggravated public order offence after he had apologised for telling her, “I fucking hate Jewish people!”

Luciana Berger seems to have a knack for attracting the attention of people who feel ill-disposed towards Jews.

As already stated, Berger is currently a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Anti-Semitism and it is evident that while it could not have been anticipated that Garron Helm would send his Twitter message to her, she was and is not a lone and helpless victim, but one of a number of self-styled adversaries of anti-Semitism, ready with an extensive and powerful support network, and determined to hunt down and make an example of any luckless ‘racist’ who happens to stumble across their path.

In his recent speech to mark Jewish New Year, David Cameron praised using vague euphemisms, “… the immense contribution that Jews make in Britain, excelling in every field, contributing in every community, and living by those values of decency, tolerance, hard work and responsibility that are so central to the Jewish faith and to British life”.

He went on to explain how the Jewish community is of assistance to other ethnic minority communities and vice versa, stating:

“Around the world Britain stands for diversity and cohesiveness. When mosques came under attack, who helped defend them? British Jews!

“When a synagogue was under threat from closure, who helped save it? British Muslims!

“This says a lot about who we are in this country, and it’s something we can celebrate and build upon.

What our establishment politicians and all of the ‘Friends of Israel’ groups and the All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Anti-Semitism, and the Community Security Trust fail to effectively convey however, is the actual benefit to the indigenous British in having a Jewish minority in our country. In fact beyond vague euphemisms, they seem to studiously avoid doing any such thing, preferring instead to employ Draconian ‘hate speech’ legislation designed to cow us into accepting the imposition of a multiracial/multicultural society.

You see, if as David Cameron tells us, Jews make an “immense contribution”,  “excelling in every field, contributing in every community”, then no-one should ever have a bad word to say about them, and there should be no need for All-Party Parliamentary Groups Against Anti-Semitism or Community Security Trusts. Everyone would love the Jews if only David Cameron would explain the benefits they bring.

In his speech however, David Cameron opts instead to ‘wave the big stick’, reminding us: ” … we will not tolerate anti-Semitism in Britain. No disagreements on politics or policy can ever justify racism or extremism in any form.

“As long as I’m Prime Minister we will do everything we can to tackle this and to be sure we learn the lessons of the past, as the Holocaust Commission led by Mick Davis is doing so effectively”.

Garron 4When one considers that the ‘offence’ committed by Garron Helm is his first offence and that a custodial sentence for a first offence is normally reserved for criminal cases involving rape, grievous bodily harm or murder, the true enormity of the injustice that has been done here becomes apparent. Garron Helm, a young man of previously good character, has been awarded a prison sentence and will in future have a criminal record that will no doubt blight his employment prospects for years to come. No unbiased observer would conclude that natural justice has been served, that his punishment is proportionate to the crime, or that the action taken by the authorities has any prospect of producing a positive outcome, as might have been the case if a caution had been given or if Garron had been enrolled on a remedial course designed to demonstrate the many benefits that are allegedly derived from multiculturalism.

Instead, the very real danger is that this case will serve to reinforce the perception held by many that there is ‘one law for Jews and another law for everyone else’. Instead of reducing antisemitism, this case and the harsh sentence handed down to Garron Helm will almost certainly inflame feelings of resentment towards Jews within our society. It is highly unlikely for example, that Garron Helm will emerge from prison with a newfound admiration for Miss Berger, for Jews generally, for our government or for our judicial system.

What has happened here is not the action of fair and responsible authorities dispensing proportionate justice, engaged in a positive campaign to reduce anti-Semitism by promoting popular awareness of the great benefits derived from having a Jewish community within our midst, it is the kind of action that would be employed by a government hoping through the imposition of spiteful, punitive measures, to cow and deter those who might otherwise be tempted to voice criticisms of Jewish people, legitimate or otherwise.

Indeed rather than a sense of confidence in their own worth and a tolerance of others that one might expect of people who make an ‘immense’ contribution to society, there seems to be a tremendous sense of insecurity and paranoia amongst Jewish people and their supporters in government, suggesting that ‘so scant is any perceived evidence of their good deeds’, that a pogrom is just one tweet away and every single expression of disapproval of them must be crushed as thoroughly as a nut would be crushed by a sledgehammer. And we can only wonder why that is?

What government fail to see is that this policy — the one-sided zero tolerance policing of Draconian ‘race hate’ legislation — is counterproductive and must ultimately fail. While some may be cowed into silence by the threat of prosecutions, there will be others who will continue to question our apparent inequality before the law. Furthermore, we British will increasingly resent the entrapment of our young people and the damage done to their lives if they continue to be sought out and made an example of in the way that Garron Helm has.

What was it that a spokesperson for the Jewish Community Security Trust said? “Luciana Berger MP should be thanked for her role in this important case. CST welcomes the sentence and hopes it serves as a much needed warning to others”.

These are strange words, are they not?

Luciana Berger “should be thanked for her ‘role’”.

When someone is the victim of a crime, a mugging for example, they are not ‘thanked’ for their ‘role’ in falling victim to the mugger. One is usually only ‘thanked’ for one’s ‘role’ when one takes part in a planned exercise, identifying someone who can be conveniently be made an example of for instance?

    As a member of the Labour party I see Labour MP Luciana Berger’s main contribution to British society is to support massive immigration to splinter and destroy from within a once harmonious and prosperous nation and it’s people. This has led to another unwelcome benefit of the ghettoizing of our inner cities and major towns.

    Shame they don’t give any support to the indigenous Ethnic majority, without whose actions over the millennia these islands would be nothing more than massive forest and little else. Why is it never mentioned about the hardships our people have suffered to bring this nation to this point in our history, the sacrifices and sufferings. Why is it only others have suffered and need special treatment?

    And how is it we have such a large amount of wealthy and powerful Jewish influence in our democratic system, aren’t they way above their natural numbers in a representative society? How can such a large amount of influence from a small minority be beneficial to the much larger majority? Taking Liverpool as an example shouldn’t Labour be fielding a ‘Scouser’ with a Catholic and distant Irish heritage to field an appropriate local minority, if that is their wish? Rather than some well off bint from posh schools and from London with North Eastern and Scottish links through the Communist Manny Shinwell branch of the family tree.

    This nation’s people need to wipe the British political scene clean and start afresh. This current one has gone so badly wrong and now only works against those it’s original objectives were to serve, to further the privilege of those within it’s system and their wealthy backers.

    Margaret Thatcher, rightly at the time, destroyed the Unions who used the cover of workers rights to continually damage the nation for their own separate agenda, now these do the same for their own benefit and it is vital the people come to understand their motivations and reign in their power to destroy.

    I must be honest and say I had my doubts about the ethics of sending seemingly aggressive personal messages to an opponent and to a female at that. However, while I would still hesitate to use such tactics myself, in view of the reaction it would seem that Garron has lanced a particularly ugly boil.

      Yes, undoubtedly Garron’s actions were unwise and a more experienced nationalist would not have done what he did for obvious reasons. This however does not change the fact that sending a verbal insult to someone who appears to thrive on insults is hardly justification for a custodial sentence that is completely out of proportion to the ‘crime’ committed.

    Max, You write very well. I agree with every single word that you have written here.

    I will only add that I think the National Action activists are very mistaken to wear face-masks in their public demonstrations. Firstly it is intimidating to the public, particularly to mothers and young children. Secondly if the activists think that thereby they are concealing their own personal identities then they are mistaken; the authorities know who each and every one of them are, and if they don’t, they can very easily find out.

    Excellent article.

    A subtler message would of course, have had a much more salutary effect, confronting, yet still within the law as it presently stands.

    If there are legal advisers that could provide half-day sessions for the aspiring radical activist edge, that would be beneficial to enable them to walk close to the line, without crossing it. It would also help professionalise output, possibly a dirty phrase to the NA, whose modus is guerilla tactics.

    This should also be seen in the light of Theresa May’s recommendations for ‘extremists’ to have their online social media presence constrained. This case will no doubt now go into their ‘examples’ file, for the nodding dogs on the backbenches.

      A possible way in some situations is to use blatant sarcasm. It keeps the message positive and stays away from legislation which is designed to incriminate those that speak straight.

    I think this woman should be more sensitive towards the thousands of White girls targeted by Muslim paedophile gangs. Jews played a central role in paving the way for all these immigrants to gain entry to England, and they are largely responsible for the media brainwashing that perpetuates these crimes.

    It’s a whole collection of nasty adjectives, including; outrageous, sickening, disgusted and criminal, that springs to mind on reading the evil actions of organized jewry described in your post.

    These people are baring their fangs publicly now. To speak the truth about them is to be labelled a criminal.

    It’s exactly what happened when they (the jews) took over Russia in 1917. Anyone who opposed them were labelled as anti-semites and therefore killed.

    Garron Helm’s case is significant because it’s the very thin edge of the wedge that tells us in no uncertain terms that any criticism of jewry, however minuscule will be crushed.

    And so, if you are a supporter of the Semite Palestinians against the Semite Israeli government you are, ahem, an anti-Semite.

    Perhaps in future our younger members of the Cause might like to cool their heads and be wise: make objective statements (perhaps as above) or quote what are enemies are saying or doing. It will be much-more palatable to the public and will show research, intelligence, and knowledge-based commentary.

    I do not know the position of WS on antisemistism. Writing as an American, but largely sympathetic to white separatist or homeland movements, I can understand why Garron is upset about immigration.

    However, I believe that the Jewish people are our natural allies even though some may have taken up camp in leftist pro-immigration positions for now.

    I think there could have been a much better way to reach out to Ms. Berger, than alluding to the abuses of Nazi Germany or being anti-semitic. While not fully mature, I expect her action was “predictable”. She probably sees her fight for unrestricted immigration into GB of blacks/ muslems, & etc as akin to the Jewish peoples’ fight for survival during the holocaust years.

    The job is to show her patiently that it is not and it really is against everything her people stood for, in the long term, to allow this immigration policy to continue.

      There are individual Jews who are concerned about the ill-effects of immigration, however the problem with all minority groups is that multiracial and multicultural societies exhibit social dynamics that make it inevitable that minority populations will organise in their own particular ethnic interests and in ways that inevitably act to the detriment of the indigenous host community. Organised Jewry recognise that their community acquires more wealth and influence in a multiracial society and therefore the majority of Jews and especially those in positions of influence inevitably support mass immigration and the introduction of ‘hate speech’ legislation designed to prevent the indigenous host community from effectively opposing the mass immigrant influx.

      Explaining this has no effect on the policies followed by organised Jewry, although it does sometimes positively influence the behaviour of individual Jews who live remotely from Jewish communities.

No offence, that statement is based on fantasy and is very, very, very far from reality. Read the Culture of Critique by kevin MacDonald, and then tell me Jews are natural allies. With respect, I think you need to clear up your thinking.

    If her loyalty is to Israel why is she here representing British people?
    Maybe to ensure Israel is represented here, rather than British people.
    An elected representative should put their constituents first & foremost.

    We need to look again at the Equality Act 2010.

    We notice that the useless MP does absolutely nothing about hate speech committed by muslims or other minorities. All these minorities do is serve their own community at the expense of the majority.

    Well the selective application of hate speech laws to apply to the indigenous community only is direct racial racial discrimination. Muslims, Jews and Blacks are given immunity for hate speech while white people are not – this amounts to unjustified unfavourable treatment we could sue the CPS and Police in court of Law and win.

    Should they deny you service provision then they are victimising you under the Equality Act and you have the right to seek compensation.

    Its time to start suing these people back using the laws they created and use them against them for a change.

      I think the recent cases against the police might be a precedent for the future, where they are now being sued over undercover activities.
      Similar operations may have taken place against our people as well as discrimination over jobs & housing, possibly other areas too.
      If the theory about mass immigration being used to destroy our culture & the white majority can be proved along with the fact that we had no say in this, we are told you have to accept diversity & multiculturalism, there is no choice, then a case for damages could be had.
      Obviously Chatham House rules apply to this, so as to not leave a paper trail or a smoking gun.
      But evidence is emerging in details here & there, even mainstream TV programmes give things away.
      A good investigation of Common Purpose for subversion would be a start, another is the Fabian Society.

    I find it interesting though obvious that there are numerous videos of David Levita Cameron praising jews, moslems, hindus (hell he’d praise other aliens like martians if necessary) but there is one video I am yet to see from Cameron – his praise for the average Englishman. There is a reason for that – his regime like Brown and Blair before him refuse to recognise the English people as an indigenous population with rights of our own – to him as a zionist traitor we do not exist.
    As for Berger – I distrust David Icke but looking at the photo above you have to wonder about the reptile thing!!

        I wouldn’t write off the freemasons, they are not as powerful as they think but they are influential on local levels and have a presence at Bilderberger meetings I think. If you have ever noticed how close many local organisations seem to be (the police being at the beckon call of the council for example) freemasonry is likely involved.

      Will Mossop, I wonder if you are aware of the Early Day Motion 1299 April 2009. ‘Rights of Tribal and Indigenous Peoples’? 122 MP’s put their signature to this EDM which noted to Governments refusal to put the rights if indigenous peoples on a legal footing with regard to protection again ‘Climate Change’. The reason why the Government had refused to ‘put these rights on a firm legal footing’ was, the declaration said, done ”on the grounds that there are indigenous peoples in the United Kingdom”.

    There was certainly nothing threatening about what he said so what exactly was she objecting to?

    Apparently he also lost his place in college some months previously, presumably because of his political beliefs.

    Good luck to the young man. Another person’s life destroyed by the hate filled hypocrisy of the left. I hope he finds a way to move on with a career of some sort soon.

    This, the realization that there is one law for jews and another for us, is hopefully the most likely outcome.
    .
    Organised jewry, through their money power, exert massive influence in Western societies from behind the scenes and have done so for a hundred years or more. They were in large part responsible for our involvement in both World Wars and paved the way for mass third world immigration into Britain.

    The jews have shown their absolute intolerance of criticism through this action against Garron Helm. The good outcome from this will be more people waking up to the hidden tyranny that rules us from behind the fake facade called democracy.

    Third world mass immigration is being imposed on the ordinary native British person by this hidden alien force, that is also doing so throughout the all whites countries.

    Garron Helm’s simple tweet showed many neutral or ambivalent people the true nature of the Zio-Beast. Read the comments section of the Guardian, even many white liberals are shocked by the sentence. He has also showed courage because the evil entity that jailed him will neither forgive or forget!

      Steve! I’m pleased about them nice people at the Guardian being shocked by the Zio-beast’s latest attack, but I reckon there are plenty of good English types that need just a few more kicks in the kidneys until they wake up. I mean, how do you convince the masses that they need to see the big picture? A visit to a mild conservative meeting to soften them up? A good book? A reasoned, rational debate over a pint of cheap lager in the gardens of White suburbia?

      It’s now a case of push and pull, my friend. They’ve drawn a line, and they’ve attacked our freedom-of-speech — it makes me so angry, I think I might even bother to vote!

    She doesn’t half look like Ed Miliband. I take it the law effectively means that any dissent towards even the party that isn’t in power is now illegal. It’s strange how parliamentary democracy works exactly like Communist China.
    We are run by an oligarchy, wether people realise it or not. Each of the main parties actively attacks our country, stripping it’s assets, using it to help the international drugs trade, funnelling it’s money to shady projects around the globe, reducing it’s people to freedomless serfs while other international oligarchs buy up it’s resources bit by bit.
    How can the veil of democracy still deceive anybody?

    Any news on the other brave national action activists who were arrested on their way to protest Helms wrongful imprisonment outside Lucifer Berger’s lair, no news on NA site to put minds at peace.

      My understanding is that they have all been released on bail pending further enquiries and have a date in January when they will hear what further action if any the regime intend to take.

      They were initially arrested and detained on the obviously spurious charge of conspiracy to cause criminal damage, for which there was not a shred of evidence. While being questioned in custody, the homes of all of the eight were raided and searched by the police, who confiscated their computers and smart phones for analysis and for the harvesting of personal information.
      .
      I don’t expect that any of them will be charged with anything, and it is my opinion that the police took the action they did for two reasons: in order to find out how many people are associated with National Action and who and where they are; and in the hope of finding further links between National Action members and the twitter campaign that has been waged against Luciana Berger by supporters of National Action living in the USA and elsewhere in the world.
