Race, Sex, HIV and its Implications in the United Kingdom

New figures from Britain’s Health Protection Agency’s (HPA) annual report on HIV in the UK have once again underlined the danger posed to white females in particular of interracial sexual relations with non-whites.

According to the latest report, there were an estimated 96,000 (90,800-102,500) people “living with HIV” in the UK by the end of 2011.

This represents an increase from 91,500 (85,400-99,000) in 2010. The overall prevalence in 2011 was 1.5 per 1,000 population.

Not surprisingly, the highest rates reported among men who have sex with men (MSM) (47 per 1,000) and the black African community (37 per 1,000).

In 2011, 6,280 people were newly diagnosed with HIV in the UK, a 21% decline from the peak in new diagnoses in 2005. According to the report, the “decrease is largely due to a reduction in the number of diagnoses reported among those born outside of the UK.”

In other words, Third World immigrants are now tending not to report their condition. This is of significance because, according to the report, 24% (19%-28%) of people living with HIV were unaware of their infection in 2011.

Over half of the 2,990 heterosexual men and women diagnosed in 2011 probably acquired their HIV infection in the UK, compared to 27% in 2002.

Rates of new HIV diagnoses and HIV prevalence continue to be significantly higher in London than elsewhere in the UK. The city contains 18 of the 20 local authorities with the highest prevalence of HIV infection.

All of these boroughs are, of course, the places with the highest number of Third World colonisers.

The report does not say outright that these are the non-white areas, preferring instead to use their usual code words:

“The most deprived areas in the UK also have the highest HIV prevalence; this health inequality is particularly evident in London where diagnosed HIV prevalence is as high as 8 per 1,000 in the most deprived areas and less than 1.5 per 1,000 in the least deprived areas,” the report says.

However, in their recommendations, they feel safer in addressing the issue by race:

“Safe sex programmes promoting condom use and HIV testing remain a priority for MSM and black African and Caribbean communities to reduce on-going transmission and undiagnosed infection.”

They go on to say that “Black Africans and Caribbeans should have an HIV test and should have regular HIV/STI screening if having unprotected sex with new or casual partners.”

Finally, they add that “Clinicians should take every opportunity to offer and recommend HIV testing to those known to be at higher risk of HIV infection, such as MSM and people of black African and Caribbean ethnicity.”

According to the Health Protection Agency’s earlier report, 15 July 2011, and their HIV New Diagnoses Surveillance Tables in particular, 68% of all HIV diagnoses are male.

Of those newly diagnosed, more are estimated to have been infected through heterosexual sex than sex between men. However since the population of men who have sex with men (MSM) is much smaller than the heterosexual population the prevalence rate of HIV infection is much higher amongst MSM.

Nonetheless, heterosexual contact accounts for 50 % of all the newly diagnosed HIV cases in the UK.

Of heterosexuals newly diagnosed in 2010, it is estimated that only 33% acquired their infection in the UK.

Of those diagnose with HIV in the UK, 52% are non-white—a massive disproportion given their population numbers.

It is however in the female category figures where the problem becomes most evident. Of all the women diagnosed with HIV in the UK, some 84% contracted the disease through heterosexual contact. The other means of contracting Aids included drug use, mother to child transmission or blood product contamination.

Of the total number of women who contracted HIV through heterosexual contact, 82% are non-white.

From these figures it is clear that the majority of white females who contracted HIV, did so through heterosexual relations with non-white males. The statistics bear no other conclusion.
