As all too often we view the proliferation of fast food outlets selling junk food; of town centre nightclubs spewing out drunken, drug addled revellers into our streets on a Saturday night; the spotty nerds playing computer games on their iphones; and obese people waddling around stuffing crisps and biscuits into their mouths, it is refreshing to find that in some places our race has not completely gone to seed.
This video taken in an open air public gymnasium in Russia gives us food for thought and wouldn’t it be fantastic if places like this existed on every village green and in every shopping precinct throughout the White world?

I believe the Eastern European branch of the White race(s) are much more ethno-conscious and probably far more astute as to what shall be coming down the pipeline when the European Union collapses.
What I mean to say is that when this inevitable catastrophe finally collectively hits us like a tsunami, there will be mass movements of peoples from Northern/Western Europe into Eastern Europe. Huge swathes of this population movement will comprise invader non-Whites of various Third World origins.
I suggest we send our indigenous White youth over to Eastern Europe for coaching in ethno awareness and vital survival skills.

You can see something similar in the US but they supposed to be the fattest nation on Earth.
In all my visits to Russia I have never seen this but I haven’t been to this spot & the signs are that Russia is following our example in many ways.
Factories are closing, massive blocks of flats are being built, Russian cars aren’t so prevalent on the roads, even the Gaz-elle marshrutkas these days are being replaced by Ford, Citroën, Peugeot & Mercedes.
They have the advantage of carrying 18 passengers instead of 13 & have a driver operated side sliding door.
Then there are the modern shopping malls that are exactly like Westfield & the like, standing in them, it’s difficult to know that you are not in the UK.
Russians complain of the amount of Kazaks in the country, who seem to be doing jobs “That normal Russians won’t do”.
You also get plenty of Chinese coming in to sell stuff in markets.
Mind you where I was, I didn’t see any black faces…yet.

Perhaps Eastern Europeans tend to be more ethnic-conscious due to their history of constant warfare and raids carried out by the non-white peoples of the steppes?

The Russians aren’t so infected with Political Correctness as we are, so your average Russian is more “racist” in the western sense.
There is a lot of nostalgia about the Soviet era & the idea of Russia as a superpower.
You can get fireworks with Soviet references on them & Christmas trees can often be topped with a red star, an early Christmas tree I saw outside a shopping centre did include a copy of Soviet Christmas card featuring a Cosmonaut with a red star on his rocket.
So there is a curious situation where there is a mix of Soviet with modern western trappings.
There are still a lot of football clubs called “Dynamo” & “Lokomotive”, even “Polymer”!
This is based on the origins of the backers of those teams, such as the Red Army, railways or industry.
A lot of Russian adverts will include English words in our alphabet amongst the Cyrillic.
Various words & phrases have been absorbed into the culture too.
Such as “Business lunch”, “Service centre” are but two.

I was standing in Prospekt Marx one day staring at sign on a building & realised that in Cyrillic it said “Bookmaker” as in betting!
They have “Sports master” “Champion” & “M Video” shops.
“Kinoman” for your DVD’s, Shopping malls called “Kontinent”, “Festival”, “Iceberg” or just “Mega”.
They use the word “Supermarket” but “Gypermarket” for Hypermarket, just as they say “Gitler” or “Gollywood”.
Torgovie Tsentr is also still widely used as a term.
You can go down Ulitsa Lenina & visit “Soyuz” the jewellers, which sort of makes sense as it means “Union” & they sell wedding rings amongst other things.
Russians are into Zoloto (gold) “585” & “Brilliants” (diamonds).

Also Russia seems to have the same Empire problems that we have, in that they gave independence to a load of republics but the people want to be in Russia!
The Chinese have their eye on all the empty space & resources in Russia too.

I have seem mosques & even the odd synagogue in Russia but what is amazing is the amount of Orthodox church building that’s going on, some of it is the rebuilding of what was destroyed by Stalin, some are new but in a fairly traditional style.
Every time I’ve been there, I’ve seen a new church.
Kazan Sobor on the site of a public toilet at the top of Red Square along with “Temple Bar” gateway are amazing, you would think they’re completely original.
Then there is Christ the Saviour on the banks of the Moskva river is often shown in views of Moscow, that was a swimming pool for years & was supposed be a site for one of Stalin’s Seven Sisters of which Moscow University is one of them.
But the site was too boggy to support it.

This is good to see. I think, in a future White homeland, physical culture must be just as important as the correct form of education. I think boxing, wrestling, martial arts, Runic stances, meditation and the like should be taught at the youngest age.
I don’t wish to be negative, but the bastards are poisoning us with all this GMO foods and all that. It would be nice instead to see lean, strong healthy White people walking around who can kick some arse.
Hell, I was having a conversation today on the phone about the terrible rape statistics in Sweden and I couldn’t figure out why these great big Vikings aren’t twisting a few heads. They are capable. Maybe they lack a physical culture….

I would imagine anything of that nature would be treated as it is here, as a lone right wing nut job racist Nazi attack on some poor law abiding citizen who happens not to be white.
Obviously a non white attacking a white is not seen as racist but the race angle is played up if the reverse was to happen.

In this country gyms are very popular, I can think of several young white women who can kick box.
So I think overall the situation is similar, though Russia has some truly terrifying skinheads & also is well known for serial killers.
But it’s definitely a very interesting place to visit with plenty of WTF moments to be had.
Like finding a tank or rocket outside the cinema or buying a pig out of the boot of a car.

It is because of the money making possibilities, from Gyms etc, that in the UK such free facilities will not be made available. It costs councils to build and maintain these facilities yet a gym is a source of income.
Where I live the council has closed three of the four play spaces in the most populated part of town. The fourth is only open due to local fundraising and management. and is really suitable only for toddlers.
The other side of town has three but two are leased out, one entirely, the other partially.
Councils hide behind health and safety to deny taxpayers the facilities they deserve.

One of the biggest muscular Frenchmen I met worked on his own traditional cider farm lifting barrels much of the day in Normandy. The rest of the farm was laid out with organic hazel and fruit trees, dove cotes etc. with sheep grazing occasionally through the orchards. It was a very old system, that he had reintroduced. Very self sufficient, very neat and very healthy. With plenty of produce left over for the local market.
