Lost Election? – Lost Property!

By Jack Dempsey:

I am grateful to Heritage & Destiny for providing a list of the nationalist candidates who will be standing in the forthcoming General Election and I notice that on various forums people can be found wishing the candidates concerned good luck at the hustings. I too wish them luck, but they are going to need far more than just luck if they hope to be elected — sadly, they will need little short of a miracle — and so we must ask ourselves whether we nationalists are making the best use of our time and resources?

If we are realistic, we know that none of the fifty nationalist candidates will be elected on May 7th and few if any will even save their £500 deposits, and so I wonder if any of the leaders of the political parties concerned have considered the following:

50 candidates x £500 deposits = £25,000, enough to buy a modest two or three-bedroomed house in the North of England;

If the parties concerned spend another £500 per candidate on leaflets, election addresses etc., the total additional expenditure will amount to the price of yet another modest two or three-bedroomed house.

Furthermore, let us assume that each candidate will have at least six support workers, leafleting, canvassing and acting as polling agents etc., on their behalf, and let us assume also that each of these support workers spends just two hours per day on average during the month prior to polling day, supporting their candidate. This equates to:

50 candidates x six = 300 support workers;

300 x 2 hours per day x 30 days = 18,000 man/hours of effort expended;

18,000 x £6.70 (minimum wage) = £120,600 of potential earnings based upon the minimum wage.

£120,600 equates to c. £100,000 after basic rate tax = four more houses.

Therefore the effort and money expended in standing fifty ‘no-hope’ candidates in the general election could have purchased six modest two or three bedroomed houses in the North of England, if instead of indulging in futile electioneering the people involved simply did two hours overtime each day for a month and donated the additional money earned to a fund to buy houses. Houses which could be used to:

Provide low cost housing for up to say, twenty-four individuals, assuming that one of the three bedrooms in each property would be a double-bedroom and could accomodate a couple. This could provide accommodation in total for twenty-four otherwise homeless nationalists and represent the beginning of a nationalist enclave.

With twenty four nationalists all living in the same neighbourhood, in houses owned by our movement, just imagine the high level of morale they would experience and the high level of activism that could result?

Furthermore, if each of these individuals paid just £20 per week in rent, these houses would provide £24,960 per annum in rent, enough after tax to expand the enclave by one house every fifteen months, or enough to employ two nationalists possibly, or certainly one, on a modest wage as full-time political activist.

But instead of doing this, the nationalist political parties concerned are collectively going to do the metaphorical equivalent of digging a pit, putting all that money in the pit, pouring petrol over it and setting it alight on May 7th, for no lasting benefit whatsoever!

I therefore refer anyone belonging to one of the political parties concerned to the following article, Waiting for Godot by Max Musson, and invite them to take up his request to contact him as soon as possible.

Most of these properties are to be auctioned and the prices shown are the ‘guide’ prices, and the sellers may well hope to get more than the guide price, but this is only a small selection of the properties available and in the current market houses such as these do sell for £25,000 or thereabouts.

Please note, we are not acting for the sellers or their agents involved in selling these houses and can offer no assurances whatsoever regarding the condition or structural soundness of the properties or the terms and conditions of sale. 1. Very good article. The GE is a complete waste of time because we live in an environment where the culture is poisoned (to say the least) against any party who seek to fight for the 14 Words.

Many people are fanatically ”against” nationalist parties for this reason because all they hear from the MsM, the education system, and the so-called leaders is: Nationalists are bad….

In this climate, you will never reach the critical mass of supporters. Most White people don’t really care about the survival of their race, so they won’t go against the grain to support a nationalist candidate. It’s a waste of money. Mr. Dempsey is right; buy some houses instead; have something tangible to show for your money.

If we had the 6 prerequisites then we could win an election as the ”victory” would just indicate that White racialists are the dominant force in the country, but we don’t have the 6 prerequisites, so it’s not worth it. Look at how far UKIP has fallen since the MsM has turned on them. People, as a mass, are like that, unfortunately.

None the less, democratic parties do serve a purpose and that’s the recruitment of willing, dedicated activists and the spreading of the TRUTH. I think local election, all over the country, might be something they should consider. Another thing: has anyone been to inner city London lately? Oh my gosh … a nationalist party won’t win in that city (and many other cities) even if they had full support of White people; trust me, I couldn’t believe my eyes, there are zero White people in these places.

It’s time to do 2 things: accept we’ve lost the democratic war, start forming our own communities and getting on with our lives….

  2. I see one of the listed candidates is one I can vote for!
Not that it will make the slightest difference to things but it doesn’t cost me anything either.
So I might as well have my protest vote.

    1. Absolutely right Stefan, there is nothing wrong with voting for those people who do stand in elections, but we should not at present waste time and effort encouraging those who would otherwise not stand, to do do.

  3. The only change I would like to see is these houses going to Younger nationalists with children where possible. That is building a lasting nationalist community and those parents and their children would be living proof, to the other parents and local people in the area, that nationalists are decent ordinary folk, like themselves just better informed.

Our ambassadors to abetter future, for them as well!.

We should also remember that housing is only the start of building a functioning and thriving community. something i am sure Western Spring have already planned for. But one step at a time and “don’t tip their hand” is the safest option.

Wasn’t it claimed the BNP had 15/20,000 members a few years back? So at just £1 per week, half the price of a lottery ticket, that’s one new Nationalist home every 3 weeks, All homes need work done at some time, so that is employment for nationalists trades folk. More houses, more work, and on and on. Eventually Nationalist owned and run shops, businesses farms et al . That is the salvation for our people, not the useless ballot box as things stand.
But later, in certain areas, it could be a whole new ball game!

  4. Don’t our supporters, by and large, already live in houses reasonably secure from eviction? And aren’t there enough of us that it is possible to find some in every urban area in the country?

I understand that when creating a great amount of public awareness that it is very easy to lose your education, job and home but the article suggests that most of the people will not be full time political activists. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to buy one or two houses to keep on stand-by for evicted activists than to provide a home for all of them?

What does enclave building look like, does it really begin with home buying?

    1. Hi Charles, you are right, most of our members and supporters do live in secure accommodation, and the reasoning behind the creation of enclaves is not primarily to provide housing for the homeless, that is simply a beneficial by-product. The primary reason for the creation of enclaves is to create a very high concentration of nationalist activists in localised areas, so that we can dominate the ‘culture’ and the socio-political environment in those localities, enabling a nationalist counter culture to prevail.
      .
Once high enough concentrations of active nationalists have been created, some having always lived in the localities chosen, some having moved in with the assistance of programmes such as I have suggested and some having moved in under their own steam, we will be able to dominate parish councils, neighbourhood watch, the governors of local schools, and we will begin to exercise control of all local amenities, denying use of these to people we regard as undesirable or hostile to our cause. In this way we will gain physical control of initially small areas of our homeland, upon which we can build and expand outwards, re-colonising our homeland, securing additional ‘living space’ and denying it to our racial enemies.
      .
This is a process of ‘biological’ expansion and colonisation from which political control will naturally follow. First gaining physical control of parishes and through them, parish councils; then gaining control of whole wards and through them seats on borough councils, until we have enough seats to dominate whole boroughs; and then progressing on to county councils, parliamentary constituencies etc. When microbes colonise a petri-dish, they do not spread by standing for election to the ‘petri-dish parliament’, they expand their numbers and push outwards displacing their rivals until their rivals have nowhere left to live and our microbes prevail throughout the entire dish. We White nationalists are far removed from and exist on a level way above anything that a microbe might aspire to, but we must not lose sight of the fact that we are fundamentally a biological entity and if needs must we should use the tactics that Mother Nature has shown to be so effective in other spheres.
      .
Enclave building does indeed begin with home buying, because free-hold ownership is the means by which legitimate control of property, land and living space is asserted and while we may be forced at some future date to employ methods that may not be regarded as ‘legitimate’ from a bourgeois perspective, we should begin by using the system’s rules where we can, against the corrupt system that oppresses us. However an enclave doesn’t ONLY begin with home buying, there is much else that can and should also be done.

  5. I had to look twice at the date on this article thinking it was somewhere in the1970s, £25 000? Here in the North East you couldn’t get an out house for that, I think your being a little niave here, is this a dreamers site.
Although it is good to try new schemes and ideas I think what Max proposes is pie in the sky,£100 million is just another pipe dream maybe lower your sites a bit £100 000 might be more realistic.
My belief is that the left has been running rings around us nationalists for years, they have cornered the market with their entryism it is something we should have done along time ago no matter how odious it may seem.

    1. Hi Dan, allow me to refer you to the screenshots of advertisements that I have now posted above and which demonstrate that what Jack Dempsey has stated regarding property prices is indeed true.
      .
These properties will not be anyone’s idea of a ‘dream home’ and in many cases they will be in need of some refurbishment, but they are available none-the-less.
      .
You think £100 million is ‘pie in the sky’, and I can appreciate why. Most people cannot even imagine what £100 million looks like, let alone acquire such a sum, and it is an amount that I quote in order to shake people out of the stupidity of thinking that we nationalists can ever win using traditional funding methods in which people toss small change into a collection bucket at the end of meetings.
      .
£100 million represents 300,000 people donating £30 per month for a year.
      .
300,000 people sounds like a lot, until we realise that it is only one in three of the people who voted for the BNP in the Euro elections before last, and it is the number of people who were members of the Conservative Party twenty-years ago.
      .
300,000 people is less than 1% of adult population of this country, and so if just one in every hundred people felt strongly enough about the survival of our nation to donate £1 per day towards our cause, we would have not just £100 million once, we would have it every year — year after year — until we have won.
      .
To succeed however we need people who care enough to ‘do’, to ‘act’ and to ‘do it now’, before it’s too late, rather than scoff and sneer from the side-lines.
      .
One in every hundred giving a pound a day, is all it will take to save our nation. Don’t worry what everyone else may decide, just ask yourself: Do you have what it takes? — are you that one in a hundred?

  6. I can confirm that the figures mentioned above are not unrealistic. Indeed, we have houses available in our North Eastern Target Areas A, B & C for approximately these values. And for those who cannot afford to buy outright, there are also several unoccupied rental properties.

    Max isn’t pulling your legs.

    Regards,
    N.G.

  7. I think mainly the only property worth buying is freehold houses with gardens, maybe agricultural land, freehold garages, storage & workshops.
Possible land banking of plots too.

  8. Nationalism is always tarred with the Hitler tag but the Left never has to apologise for Stalin or Mao.
I guess that shows how skewed the media & politics in general are to the Left.

  9. I was looking up some of the property on streetview, some of it is in slightly out of the way places, that could be a good thing & some has allotments nearby, good for some self sufficiency & teaching skills.
Probable easy access to the countryside too.

  10. I would also advocate the idea of an unofficial housing trust who could maybe provide holiday lets to our people looking to try out an area or transition there.

  11. On a programme about the British property boom, it said 75% of new builds in London are bought by foreign investors. Average property price £1.6 million.
The Chinese like property in the £500k to £2 million range.
The overall average price in London is £500k.
Other cities are now seen as bargains & the investors are moving in there, so the effect on prices will ripple out.

I think one of the only answers is to clamp down on foreign investors buying property to rent out & possibly limiting British citizens in owning too many properties, they don’t live in.
This would probably cause a price crash but homes need to be affordable places to live not an investment bubble, otherwise eventually it will cause enormous social problems but maybe that is the intention?

    1. By operating a low wage economy the Chinese are hovering up lots of Western currency and they are now ‘cash rich’ in terms of Sterling and the US Dollar. They are now using this money to buy-up large swathes of our capital city. It’s a process of economic imperialism and yes, a nationalist government would put a stop to it through confiscation without compensation.

      1. Even though the percentage of Chinese who are rich is probably small that still adds up to possibly millions of them!
So if only a million of them are buying into our property market that still makes a difference & all of this is on top of the millions who are coming here to live & also needing homes.
So when you have that insatiable demand there is no way building homes can keep up & also all the other infrastructure that has to go with this.
