Jez Turner – 2016 Jonathan Bowden Oratory Prize Nominee

I am pleased to announce the second nominee this year for the Jonathan Bowden Oratory Prize, the very popular and gregarious Jez Turner of National, the founder of the London Forum. Jez has been nominated for a speech he made on 30th January 2016, which is just one of many speeches he has made during the year and the frequent public speaking practice clearly shows in the ebullient speaking style that Jez has developed.

In this speech Jez employs a number of oratorical devices: employing humour, rhyme, alliteration, with frequent changes to the pace of his speech as well as modulation in his voice.  Jez is one of British nationalism’s most accomplished speakers at this time.

  1. Jez Turner is a very good speaker, organiser and intelligent writer for the Cause. What Sir Oswald Mosley would have called a “Thought-Deed” Man.
